Notes
- The Text Store will maintain absolute editing privileges for all material published on the site.
- The client will be responsible for the accuracy of the information posted on the site.
- The client will be responsible for settling questions of copyright and other legal issues. The Text Store will create any tools requested by the client in order to facilitate copyright protection.
- Once The Text Store has been paid in full for material it creates, the client will be the sole owner of all files, scripts, and images published on the site. The Text Store will provide the client with all relevant electronic materials used to create the site.
- The Text Store reserves the right to add text and graphic links to The Text Store home site.
- In order to maximize efficiency, the client will have a single contact person responsible for content transfer and design change requests.
- 12-month minimum contract required.
